Terms and Conditions of Advertising
In these terms and conditions the "Advertiser" refers to the person or company identified on the invoice.

The advertiser warrants and represents to Truly Ace that:

(1) You have the right to publish the contents of the advertisement, and do not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights.

(2) Your advertisement complies with the codes of practice for electronic/online advertising specified by the Advertising Standards Authority, and the advertiser agrees to indemnify Truly Ace and hold them harmless against any and all expenses, damages and losses of any kind (including legal fees and costs) incurred by the advertiser in connection with their advertisement at www.trulyace.com/blog.

(3) Truly Ace reserves the right to re-design any part of their website and to re-position advertising accordingly without prior notice.

(4) You are aware that Truly Ace will attach the 'no follow' code to your advertisement to prevent the sale of Page Rank and to protect against Google penalities.

(5) Advert positioning at is at the sole discretion of Truly Ace, we will endeavour to place your advert in the most advantageous position possible.

(6) Your advert will run from one calendar month from the date of it's placement. At which point it will be removed. If you would like further advertising click to pay for another month.

(7) Cancellations: Once you have paid your up front advertising fees, and your advertisement has been placed, these advertising fees cannot be reimbursed, however we are happy to remove your advertisement if requested, and will consider at our discretion the placement of a different advertisement.

(8) The content of advertisements is subject to Truly Ace approval. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertisement should we deem the url or advertisement itself unsuitable for our audience.

'Unsuitable content' may include, but is not limited to, that which contains sexually explicit materials, promotes violence or illegal activities, is discriminatory in any way, or violates intellectual property rights.

Once your advertisement is running and pointing at the agreed url, if at any time over the duration of your advertising period a need arises to remove your advertisement due to 'unsuitable' content at your url, advertising fees will not be reimbursed.

(9) Limitation of Liability -Truly Ace will not be liable for; any economic losses of the advertiser (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect or consequential losses.

These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the Truly Ace and advertisers and relate to advertisements at www.trulyace.com/blog and supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or verbal, between the parties in relation to such matters.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of or connected with these terms and conditions.
