Best 404 Error Pages

Lord Likely 404 Error Page

I just happened upon this awesome 404 Error Page.

Yes of course I could now hunt the Internet for other great examples, but …errrm … no (lazy much), I just want to show you this one that I just stumbled on. Behold! (Because that’s something Lord Likely would say) Read the rest of this entry »

Published For The 2nd Time!

Logolicious

Following on from the success of winning a place in “Market Smart” by Harper Collins publishers in 2008, I’ve just had confirmation that my design for Hello Beads (I also named the company), will feature in “Logolicious”.

Logolicious describes itself as “A fantastic pocket-size guide to logo design, Logolicious is an indispensable tool for anyone interested in logo design, branding, or merchandising.”

Found! Gallery Viewing

Student Art Gallery Exhibition

Sally’s was one of the best displays at the event, and hands down the most ‘commercial’ in terms of skills that can be translated in the real world into cold hard cash that we all need to you know, eat and stuff.

Designer’s CV – this is how it’s done

Graphic Designer's CV

A few days ago I was harping on about receiving really really boring postal and emailed CVs from students wanting either job or work experience placements.

Folded Business Cards

Folded Business Cards

Got lots to say when passing on your details? Why squeeze your message onto just a double sided flat business card when you can so easily have folded?

There are pro’s and con’s for this option of course, but if you feel like you just need to say a lot its a way of achieving that without ruining the aesthetics of your business card with squashed unreadable text rammed edge to edge. Read the rest of this entry »
