You know I really would like to, but I just know I’ll never be able to invest the time.
I have to keep my finger on the pulse of my business every single week otherwise it all goes pear shaped!

Nathan, there are probably some cartoon competitions around I’m sure - have you tried putting ‘cartoon competitions’ or ‘illustrators competitions’ into Google?
I did that and found so far on the first page alone:

Hmmm good idea, maybe I should do this each year.
I’ll try to remember to do it, but would probably aim to do a new list at the end of the year I guess seems most sensible.
