True true - I think they are design geniuses.

I recently furnished our children's bedroom in wall to wall Ikea ....nice pure white theme, which always looks nice in a Victorian house.

I can't wait to go there office shopping!

Ikea really do hit the nail on the head with their products - great designs, great prices - got to love Scandinavian concepts :)

Funnily enough I bought a more expensive and apparently 'better' office chair a few years ago, but it's still no where near as comfortable as the old large wooden kitchen chair with arms I was using.

That chair had perfect arm to leg to desk positioning and was super comfortable - however it kept falling apart at some of the joins after 4 years of sitting at it hour after hour, and pushing it back and forth (no wheels!), and no amount of re-gluing seemed to help, lol.

In fact the only way I found able to tolerate this new chair and prevent back pain, was to strap something to the arm rest to correct the arm to desk positioning which wasn't right despite adjusting chair height etc. So I've got an Adobe Illustrator user manual taped around the arm to raise my arm height.

Can you see how much I need a new office? ;) Clearly 'new chair' also being a priority!

I got a wonderfully comfortable office chair from IKEA. The amount of time spent sitting in one, it makes sense to splash out.
