Full copyright to any chosen design concept out of designs presented to you is yours once payment has been received in full, however Truly Ace retains the right to display the item/s in any online or offline portfolios, and for the purpose of marketing or advertising our services on or offline.

Payment is required for the provision of design concepts: You are required to pay for our time, and quoted prices are based on design concepts provided. You are required to pay for design time.

 

Cancellation Rights
You have a right to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation you will be invoiced for the cost of the work carried out so far based on our hourly rate. If no work was completed, you will not be charged.
 

Security
Truly Ace uses high quality firewall and virus checking software to reduce the threat of hackers and virus infection, however it is strongly recommend that you install your own security.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
